If you have an older home that has a typical tub/shower in the primary bathroom, we can easily convert that to a walk-in shower--which is especially helpful for older homeowners where stepping in and out of the tub presents a trip hazard. We can usually do the conversion in a few days for as little as $3500. Costs vary based on tile and fixture selections. $5000 is a more realistic estimate. Read more here. 

Need more than just a tub/shower conversion? We can design a beautiful new spa-like bathroom for you. We will take the space down to the studs and rebuild it to fulfil your dreams! Marita will work with you to select tile/flooring, fixtures, etc. Most full bathroom remodels range from $20,000-30,000. 3D floor plans available. We will give you a real estimate of your job before you commit. Most full bathroom remodels can be done in 2-3 weeks. 

Not ready for the time, mess and/or expense of a full kitchen remodel? No problem. We can do as much or as little as you want. We can simply paint the kitchen cabinets. Or, we can update/replace the doors/drawers, paint the cabinets and add new hardware. Want more? How about new tile for the backsplash and/or new granite or quartz countertops? Costs vary based on updates. To give you an idea, we can repaint kitchen cabinets for approximately $2000.

We love to transform kitchens! We will work with you to design your dream kitchen and maximize workflow and efficiency. If needed, we can remove walls or widen doorways to open up the space. We will demo the existing kitchen and haul-off the debris. We will then rebuild the space to your specifications. Marita will help you with tile/flooring, cabinet design/style, granite/quartz, faucets and light fixtures, and appliances--all sourced using Triumph's contractor discount. Most full kitchen remodels can be done in 4-6 weeks. 

Want a new house, but can't find one you like? With today's high interest rates, the best option for you may be to refresh the house you already have. A full-house refresh touches virtually every surface without moving walls or gutting existing cabinetry. It generally involves removal of popcorn, removing old wood paneling, and texturing/painting ceiling/walls. New flooring, countertops, lights, and hardware. Additionally, homeowners may choose new cabinet doors, sinks and/or fixtures, and appliances. Marita is available to help you pull it all together so that the task isn't overwhelming.
